SureLine® ODOUR COVERS
SureLine® GRP odour control covers are widely used in wastewater and sewage treatment facilities worldwide, providing an effective solution for containing odours and process gases generated during treatment operations.
The SureLine® system consists of lightweight, custom-extruded GRP panels that interlock to create a sealed cover structure over tanks and treatment equipment. Each system is engineered and manufactured to meet specific project requirements, allowing it to be adapted to different tank sizes, layouts, and operational needs.
Depending on the application, SureLine® panels can be designed as load-bearing platforms, enabling operators to safely access covered areas for inspection and maintenance. Alternatively, the system can be configured as a non-trafficable cover, designed to comply with AS1170 roof loading standards for wind and access loads, as well as AS1657 requirements for trafficable structures where applicable.
Compared with the heavy-duty SureLine® HD option, the standard SureLine® system offers a lighter construction, making it particularly suitable for tanks with shorter spans or installations where reduced structural loading is beneficial.
Flexible Design and Access Options
SureLine® GRP covers can be equipped with a variety of integrated access features to support safe and efficient plant operations. These include:
Inspection hatches for routine monitoring
Maintenance hatches for service access
Full access openings with safety grating for operator entry
Panels can be manufactured in custom sizes or full modular sections, allowing the cover system to match the exact dimensions of the tank or structure. Additional design features such as extraction points for odour control systems and process equipment access points can also be incorporated.
Effective Odour Containment
SureLine® covers form a sealed GRP panel system designed to contain odours and gases generated during treatment processes. These covers can also be integrated with scrubber or air treatment systems, which extract and treat captured gases before discharge.
To ensure reliable long-term performance, each system is engineered with application-specific resin formulations selected to withstand the chemical and environmental conditions of the installation.
