EcoEX™ GRP stacks are designed to support the safe dispersal of residual gases and odours within air pollution and odour control systems. After treatment processes such as scrubbers reduce the concentration of odorous and hazardous gases, stacks act as the final discharge point, enabling the controlled release and dilution of remaining emissions.

Manufactured from corrosion-resistant Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), EcoEX™ stacks are engineered to perform reliably in environments where aggressive gases and moisture are present.

Each stack is custom designed to match specific airflow requirements, plant layouts, and building heights. Depending on the installation environment, stacks can be configured as free-standing structures, building-mounted systems, or guyed installations.

To further enhance dispersion performance, a diffuser system can be incorporated at the stack outlet. The diffuser uses the energy of the rising gas stream to draw in additional ambient air, increasing dilution and improving the dispersal of emissions. This process can also reduce the visibility of condensation plumes by minimising moisture concentration in the exhaust stream.

Stack gas velocities are carefully engineered to reduce the likelihood of condensation escaping, ensuring efficient operation and improved environmental performance.
