Odour Covers
SureLine® HD ODOUR COVERS
SureLine® HD (Heavy Duty) GRP odour control covers are engineered to deliver high structural strength and reliable performance in demanding wastewater and industrial environments. The system consists of interlocking, custom-extruded GRP panels that can be fabricated and configured to suit a wide variety of tank sizes, layouts, and operational requirements.
Designed for durability and versatility, SureLine® HD panels can be engineered to support trafficable loads, allowing safe access for operators during inspection and maintenance activities. Alternatively, the system can be installed as a non-trafficable odour containment cover, designed to comply with AS1170 and AS1657 loading requirements where applicable.
The heavy-duty construction profile enables the cover system to accommodate higher loading conditions and a wide range of environmental requirements, making it suitable for large-span tanks or installations requiring increased structural capacity. Where required, handrail systems can be integrated directly into the cover structure, improving safety for personnel accessing the system.
SureLine® HD covers can also incorporate a variety of access and maintenance features, including:
- Inspection hatches for routine monitoring
- Maintenance access hatches
- Full access openings with integrated safety grating
These engineered GRP panels create a sealed odour containment system designed to capture odours and process gases at the source. The covers can also be integrated with scrubber and air treatment systems, which extract and treat the captured gases before discharge.
With its corrosion-resistant composite construction, high load capacity, and modular design, SureLine® HD provides a durable and efficient solution for odour containment and tank cover applications in wastewater treatment facilities.
Configurations Available For Sureline® HD
