GRP DUCTING

Treadwell’s EcoEX™ GRP ducting systems are designed to provide reliable air and gas handling solutions for demanding industrial and wastewater treatment environments. The ducting range is available in diameters from 100 mm up to 1800 mm, supporting flow capacities of over 30 m³ per second.

Each ducting system is custom engineered to suit the specific operational requirements of the application, including the selection of appropriate fittings, configurations, and resin systems. The corrosion-resistant properties of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) make it highly suitable for environments exposed to aggressive chemical gases and corrosive vapours.

Unlike many conventional materials, GRP ducting maintains its structural stability when exposed to warm or humid air streams, preventing deformation or sagging during operation.

Individual duct sections are connected using specialised joining methods designed to ensure secure and leak-free performance throughout the system.

All EcoEX™ GRP ducting components are manufactured in accordance with international fibreglass manufacturing standards, ensuring consistent quality, durability, and long-term reliability.
