SureLine® GRP ODOUR CONTROL COVERS

Designed for demanding wastewater applications, SureLine® GRP cover systems provide reliable containment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), process gases, and odours. These engineered cover systems combine structural strength with corrosion-resistant GRP construction, enabling them to withstand heavy foot traffic, aggressive chemical exposure, and harsh operating conditions.

The modular design allows for efficient installation, inspection, and servicing, while integrated safety features such as access hatches, walkways, and handrail systems support safe maintenance activities. GRP BAFFLE WALLS

Treadwell’s GRP baffle wall systems are designed to control flow patterns and prevent chlorine carryover within chlorine contact basins and dosing tanks used in water treatment processes. These engineered composite structures improve treatment efficiency while protecting surrounding infrastructure.

GRP baffle walls can also be custom designed to accommodate dynamic forces, including sloshing loads that may occur during seismic events, helping to minimise stress and potential damage to existing concrete tanks and treatment structures.
